Our food is simple, seasonal and local. Lot 17 will support local, and when we cannot support local, we will support those that support Lot 17.
our Story
Lot 17 sits on the block, purchased by Michael Fenton, in Warrnambool’s earliest land sales. Originally known as Section 10, Allotment 17 in the Hopkins Ward, the site has seen it all – housing, grocers, retail spaces. Now, it returns to Lot 17, reimagined as a place to gather, dine, and celebrate community.
